By using Bazzar Picks or purchasing Bazzar Picks Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Bazzar Picks offers one subscription: Bazzar Picks Pro, priced at $9.99 every 30 days, with a 14-day free trial. Sales and billing are handled through Whop (checkout: whop.com/checkout/plan_3bGLWZ3QPGIIP). Picks are delivered in a private Telegram channel via your Whop membership. Cancellation and refunds are handled through Whop.
Our picks are opinions and information provided for entertainment only. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or betting advice. We do not guarantee any result. Past results do not guarantee future results. You alone decide whether and how to use any information we share.
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. In British Columbia, that is 19+. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws. Do not use Bazzar Picks where doing so would be illegal.
Bazzar Picks does not accept bets and never places bets on your behalf. Any wagering you do is solely your decision and responsibility.
Picks and membership access are for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our picks or channel content.
Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Whop. Cancel before the end of your free trial to avoid being charged. After you are billed, access continues through the end of the paid period per Whop’s policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazzar Picks and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the site, picks, or membership — including any gambling losses. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
